At Home Assistant Case Studies

Efficient Outsourcing, Exceptional Assistance

Client C approached us seeking ongoing support specifically with tasks like typing up dictated notes, preparing client letters, preparing Bill of Costs, managing emails, claim forms and witness statements. They were introduced to our VA, Associate S, who has a law degree and a background as a paralegal and therefore was the ideal person to assist our client. This retainer contract of 10hrs a month ensures our legal client has guaranteed support when they need it and has made such a difference to how they work.

They say, ‘The peace of mind and increased productivity I’ve experienced since partnering with At Home Assistant is invaluable.’

Client L came to us when their C-Suite PA became unwell, and they needed someone to cover in the short-term. Their previous PA was office-based, salaried and working a 40hr week. The client was matched with one of our excellent corporate VAs Associate P, who is highly skilled with diary management across multiple time zones, and at C-Suite/Board level. They quickly found that our VA support saved them so much money and was such a cost-effective solution for their business that they never replaced her. Associate P continues to support them after almost 5yrs. They have no overheads to consider and, as they are on a standard contract, they simply pay for the hours worked. On average this is 40-50hrs support a month; compared to a full-time employee at 40hrs a month.

Client K was recommended to us through a former client and was seeking specific support for their property business which is managed primarily through their social media channels. We assigned Associate P to this client as they have sound working knowledge of the social media platforms in question, have worked for other property-based clients and the energy of both the client and VA was a great fit. Our VA helps manage their social media and ensures that viewings and all follow up is completed, as well as providing supporting other areas.

Client B has been working with our lead VA Jo for a few years with Jo providing PA support. They needed additional support with minute-taking and became additionally supported by Associate J who is exceptionally proficient and skilled at minute-taking. Both Associate J and Jo work together to support this client. They have found working with At Home Assistant a huge support, particularly in keeping the leadership team accountable and on task. On average they utilise 20hrs of PA support a month which equates to 2.5days a month, plus they have the minute-taking support as an add-on service.

They say ‘If you are looking for a virtual assistant who can deliver a high value, cost effective and responsive service then I can thoroughly recommend speaking to Jo. Her way of working would benefit many organisations and their leaders.

Client W had worked with VAs previously but had always found that the synergy wasn’t quite right. They needed the ‘right’ VA and we found them just that! They began on a retainer contract of 20hrs a month and quickly realised that Associate H had all the skills to really add value to their business and was more than capable of taking on more tasks. They now use our VA for 40hrs a month, and have stated that ‘recruiting a VA through At Home Assistant ‘saves you time, increases efficiency, and takes the stress out of hiring and admin.’

Client S runs their own successful business but was requiring social media support to enhance their online presence and ensure they were creating and scheduling regular posts. We teamed them up with one of our longstanding VAs, Associate C, who has helped them with a social media strategy and campaign, ensuring they remain visible online, and drive business through their social media platforms. This client was conscious of their costs and so took our VA on a retainer contract for 5hrs a month.

This gives them the peace of mind that, for a small fee, they have social media posts scheduled and responded to every week.
