Our VA Associates

We can provide resources from one or more of our Associates as needed. Like any cohesive team, we come from varied backgrounds, each with unique journeys to becoming VAs. It’s this diversity that allows us to offer a comprehensive range of expertise to best support our clients, providing them with greater flexibility, and enabling them to access a broader talent pool.

As our business has expanded, so has the calibre of our team. Every member brings their own exceptional skills to the table. Depending on your specific needs, you may collaborate with a single team member or benefit from the collective expertise of the entire team.

Finding our clients the ‘best fit’ VA

Each VA goes through a vetting process. They are all required to provide proof of ICO registration and as well their Professional Indemnity insurance. They are then interviewed by our Lead VA Jo, at which time their ideal role and client to work with is discussed, along with their background and what specific skills as a VA they can offer. After the interview, two references are taken, and all VAs have the option to have a data/laptop security check done on their home device to ensure they are following best practice. Finally, a contract is issued from At Home Assistant to the Associate VA. All our VAs are predominately based in the UK.

Every Associate in our team is partnered with the right client for them. During the client discovery call, we delve into their industry/sector and what skill set and knowledge they need from their VA in order for them to execute the role efficiently and effectively. We then match those criteria to the best VA in our team.
