FAQs
We were established in 2012 and have been fully operational since 2013.
There are so many ways! Book a discovery call to find out more.
This can be done over the phone, by email, on WhatsApp, during one of our regular weekly/fortnightly calls; basically whatever you feel most comfortable with.
We are fully set up to work remotely, with all of our own office equipment, so there is no cost to you for this at all.
We are based in the UK, but we support clients globally.
We try to stick to office hours where possible depending on what is agreed with each client. Some of our VAs prefer to work out-of-hours especially if there are tasks which are conducive to this. In short, we work as flexibly as we can, and within the parameters of our clients’ requirements.
We use time tracking software to accurately record how long we work on each task for you.
We offer package rates for specific tasks, as well as retainer contracts for a fixed number of hours, and standard contracts for ongoing support. This is discussed during the initial discovery call.
Yes, for a retainer or standard contract, there is a minimum 3-month commitment.
No we don’t. You only pay for the hours worked, and nothing more.
No. If there are ever any extra costs to factor in such as international calls, we will always alert you to these when discussing the task in hand and manage expectations realistically.
Once we agree to work together, a contract will be sent to you for your signature.
We are all registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) for GDPR and take confidentiality and protection of your data very seriously. This is outlined in our mutually binding contract which includes a Data Protection Agreement. We all hold Professional Indemnity Insurance and, in some cases, Cyber insurance.
Once we have had a discovery call, agreed the work to be carried out, and the contract has been signed, we can get started straight away.
We will always alert you to this in advance and discuss how best to navigate that period, depending on your requirements.
