Our support is available for one-off tasks and ad-hoc requirements, as well as short & long-term support. All support offered is scalable – as your business grows, and the needs expand with it, we can adjust our support accordingly.

We offer package rates for specific tasks, as well as retainer contracts for a fixed number of hours, and standard contracts for ongoing support. This is tailored to suit the needs of each client and is discussed on the discovery call. Retainer contracts work best for those clients who want to know upfront that they have support guaranteed for a set number of hours.

Invoices are paid at the start of the month, and there is no roll-over of unused hours. There is a minimum of 3-months’ commitment and a minimum 10hrs a month for a retainer contract. Standard contracts are better suited to clients whose support is more fluid, and where the number of hours required may fluctuate from month-to-month. Invoices are paid at the end of the month for the hours worked.

There is a minimum of 3-months’ commitment and a minimum 20hrs a month for a standard contract. We also offer ad-hoc/one-off project support; the minimum number of hours that you can engage our services on this basis is for 5hrs.
